Century Plaza, a cast-in-place concrete office building originally erected in 1975 is being converted into residential condos. When completed, the 15-story tower will house 150 units ranging in size from 700 to 1700 square feet. The appearance of the building’s smooth glass exterior will change when condo patios are added. The patios will be designed into each condo unit – instead of extending from the building – to minimize changes in appearance and to offer private outdoor space.
