Hotel Valley Ho, Arizona’s first year-round resort with central air conditioning was originally built in 1956. In June of 2004, construction began to rehabilitate the hotel, construct a new wing that will boost room count to 194 and construct a seven-story residential tower, which will include 35 private residences on levels three through seven.
