How We Search for Your New Home

There are multiple ways in which we search for a home including the Multiple Listing Service, networking with agents within Realty Executives, networking with agents from other brokerages, networking with agents involved in real estate-related organizations and sometimes good old-fashioned "knocking on doors" and "making telephone calls".

The Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service

The Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service ("MLS") is an online database of properties for sale in Maricopa county. We can access MLS to search for new and existing listings as most homes listed with a Realtor® will appear on the MLS. This service is a key tool used in our search for property that meets your needs. We we will set up an automatic search using your specific criteria and a report will immediately be sent to your e-mail. This means that as soon as a listing becomes available, you will see it at the same time we do.

Established in 1982, Luxury Home Tour began with the purpose of networking and touring homes in Paradise Valley, Phoenix and Scottsdale. As former Co-Chairs, Evan and Jamye have been members of Luxury Home Tour for 22 years. More than 500 experienced luxury home real estate agents from almost all Valley brokerages comprise the Luxury Home Tour membership. This incredible networking organization offers superb opportunities for networking, touring luxury homes and allowing us to learn of homes that may not yet be on the market.
