PRICING

The Katz Group will provide you with detailed and current information on your marketplace which will enable you to work with us in determining the best price for your home. Homes appropriately priced will consistently sell at or above 97.5% of list price. 
During the first three to four weeks of a listing (the most critical time), we will track and interpret the level of activity and interest in your home and provide you with feedback and our professional opinion with regard to any adjustments that should be made in order to respond to any changes in the marketplace.

Established in 1982, Luxury Home Tour began with the purpose of networking and touring homes in Paradise Valley, Phoenix and Scottsdale. As former Co-Chairs, Evan and Jamye have been members of Luxury Home Tour for 22 years. More than 500 experienced luxury home real estate agents from almost all Valley brokerages comprise the Luxury Home Tour membership. This incredible networking organization offers superb opportunities for networking and placing your property on the tour will introduce your home to a large group of qualified agents all at one time.

PRINT MEDIA

Although many newspapers and magazines do not enjoy the readership that electronic marketing has garnered, we still utilize print media when it is appropriate for the specific property. We have advertised in local publications such as the Paradise Valley Independent, Phoenix Business Journal and Homes & Land. In some cases, international luxury real estate publications are also considered.
 
ELECTRONIC MARKETING

Today over 80 percent of homebuyers are using the Internet in conjunction with their Realtor® to find their new home. Through the aggressive use of electronic marketing, we are able to effectively and efficiently reach millions of prospective buyers and agents from the day we list your home to the day we sell your home.

In order to capitalize on this trend, The Katz Group has become one of the most active users of electronic marketing to promote our listings. We primarily use five methods of promoting your home through the use of electronic marketing.

  1. Posting of your home on national real estate databases including but not limited to Realtor.com, Realty Executives.com, Trulia, Zillow, Google, The New York Times, Yahoo, etc.
  2. Full listing information on the Arizona Regional MLS database. This includes the posting of multiple photographs, a virtual tour and/or video and professionally-written copy to creatively promote the home.
  3. The use of our website which has been designed to capture the interest of potential buyers. It has also been designed both mechanically and graphically to answer any questions that a prospective buyer might have about a featured home as well as any questions they might have regarding the specific communities in the Valley. 
  4. E-mail marketing to over 5000 agents in the United States as well as Realty Executives agents in 25 foreign countries.
  5. And, on-going e-mail communications with our clients, prospects and buyer's agents to insure they are frequently and fully informed.
