In order to help you in the process of staging your home, we will recommend professional decorators (home stagers) and suppliers who are reasonably  priced yet deliver quality workmanship.

During the showing, we create a comfortable atmosphere giving the prospective buyer the opportunity to enjoy the experience of seeing your home. After the showing, we solicit feedback from both the buyer's agent and the prospective buyer to determine what we might do to alleviate any concerns the prospective buyer might have with respect to purchasing your home.

Our staff stays in constant contact with you, the buyer's agent, the buyer's lender and the title company to insure that all parties involved act in a timely and efficient manner.
